The basic tool for the manipulation of reality is the
manipulation of words. If you can control the meaning of words, you can control the people who must use the words.

Located below the upstairs bustle, enter the bar and descend the adjacent, inconspicuous staircase for a dining experience that will both surprise and delight.
The Flying Frog Café is the creation of the Shastri family and is now operated primarily by owner/chef Vijay Shastri. It is virtually impossible to define the restaurant by assigning it to any specific category.
Vijay’s mother contributed to her knowledge of Eastern European, Italian and French cuisine. Asheville’s German food aficionados have long sought out the Shastris to have their demands met. In addition, the Indian influence prevalent throughout the restaurant is a refreshing expression of the heritage of Vijay’s father, Jay....
[For disclosure's sake, it should be known that yours truly is the resident bartender
downstairs at the Frog, - so come by and see me.]

"Miro (formerly Democracy Player) is the open and free alternative to Joost, Windows Media Player and iTunes for getting, watching and organizing your video. In place of DRM and proprietary formats, Miro uses the VLC video-engine to play practically every video format under the sun. It has over 2,700 channels of free content (and does extensive outreach to indie creators to get their material front-and-center in Miro's excellent channel-guide)."

"Some of the FBI's best and brightest have just figured out a way to help people understand just how close to a total police state this nation now is (and several local people here didn't actually believe that the 1933 gold seizure really happened, and that the FDR and the Fed really hated people having gold coins and all -- FBI just proved all of that right!)
And along with that fact, they've just demonstrated in HUGE LETTERS just how worthless the Federal Reserve Note "dollar" really is, and how desperate the federal government is becoming for gold and how far they are willing to go to seize it." [ Read on... ]
